“Data Protection Legislation” means a). before 25th May 2018 the Data Protection Act 1998 all applicable Law about the processing of personal data and privacy or b). after 25th May 2018 means (i) the GDPR, the LED and any applicable national implementing Laws as amended from time to time (ii) the DPA 2018 to the extent that it relates to processing of personal data and privacy; (iii) all applicable Law about the processing of personal data and privacy (including but not limited to the ePR);

“Information” includes all data, databases and any information whatsoever obtained or provided through the Online Services, including, without limitation the ranking information and policies provided by Right Way Wills Ltd as part of the Online Services;
